Corn tacos, so you don’t have to worry about gluten! I highly recommend the Huitlocoche if you like savory flavors and mushrooms. It was a bit messy, but oh-so-satisfying! We both got this one. Husband also got the Chicken Tinga, and I got the special taco-of-the-day (for $3!) which was also a vegetarian option. They have 3 vegetarian tacos always on the menu, so this place is great for my veggie-friends and my GF people. At least a couple of the veggie tacos are also vegan, or can be made vegan (leaving off the ranch sauce for example). This place looks tiny but there’s a jungle patio out back so don’t be discouraged by the size!

Taquiera Cinco has an amazing Happy Hour (3:00-6:30)! Everything in these photos was $5 each. The margaritas and sangria were both fantastic! My friend and I got the chicken tinga nachos and the chicken flautas. The nachos were medium level spicy, surprised me and cleared my sinuses a bit haha. They were also a good portion, we shared them! Our server was great as well. 100% will be back and bonus points for being pup friendly 🐶

Two words… Repollitos & huitlacoche! Best vegetarian tacos EVER… and I’m not even a vegetarian! Lol! This place is just delicious! Yummy food & drinks and super fun & eclectic environment:) The back patio is super fun & the little inside seating has great lighting. As far as I am concerned the BEST tacos & guac in Jacksonville! Thank you Cinco Taco… you never disappoint! Also want to add… I left my vest in the back patio & it was special to me because my daughter bought it for me. Our sweet waitress put it aside for me without even asking. She easily could have said it was gone. Thanks for your awesomeness & honesty:)❤️ Can’t wait for my next trip back!🌮❤️🌮

Super cool quaint spot. Indoor or outdoor dining options. Had the street tacos, ribeye was my favorite and husband loved the spicy ribeye chorizo taco- good heat If you like a little sweat under the eyes. Tortillas are super fresh, server was terrific, definitely will be back.

This place is fire! I ate here based off a review I found off facebook best eats Jax! And once I tried it no looking back I eat here now once a week. The food is amazing the drinks are delicious and the staff is so friendly. I passed this place so many times and never stopped in to try it out and boy was that a mistake. Authentic flavorful color I could go on and on.

I had four different tacos and each one was perfectly crafted, and I mean crafted meats were tender and flavorful while the tortilla held its shape and did not fall apart and the additions were paired with each individual meat to bring out an array of flavor without being to much. You will get more than you pay for when you come here, glad to say I have my new favorite taco spot close to work!!

This place is unlike any other in Jacksonville! A true hidden gem! The staff is so nice and the food is so good that I do a 40 min drive every week to come here. It is a religious experience and I have my whole family addicted lol! It is so consistent as well, I have never had an off day! I have tried everything and you can’t go wrong with anything but the ribeye quesadillas, chicken tinga, deserts & sangrias are some stand outs. The patio is beautiful and parking is usually available. Cannot recommend this place enough, probably the best restaurant in jax period, also quite affordable compared to other options.

This was a GREAT EXPERIENCE! The kids were happy and loved the dining experience. My sangria was amazing ! The food was out of this world. We really loved the carnitas and ribeye tacos. And the salsa was great too. The employees were all very kind. Adding this restaurant to our “go eat” list. Thanks for having us leave home happy and stuffed !
